1. Login to the customer account and go to the Warehouse tab
Click “New Warehouse” to add a warehouse.
2. Configure Warehouse
Add the name of the main contact, the customers company name, and the phone number for the customer.
If this is a new customer and the carrier accounts have not been setup the carrier account section will be empty. If this is an existing customer connect the carrier accounts now by putting a check in the checkbox next to all the carrier accounts this warehouse will use. More details are provided in the documentation on creating carrier accounts.
Scroll down and add the address for the new warehouse and then click “Create Warehouse”. The new warehouse will then be visible on the warehouse tab.
