Understanding the Shipping Labels
Whenever an item leaves the warehouse, there is a From/Return Address attached to the shipment. Attaching a return address is important for a myriad of legal and professional reasons, but you are likely well acquainted with these. Sometimes, either a warehouse or a client will want to change the address. The following article explains how you can change the From/Return address for a single client or selling channel as well as for all every selling channel and client.
Step One: Navigate to the Integrations Page
In this first example we will explain how to change the template for a selling channel. You will need to navigate to the Integrations page under the Orders Tab. (You can also find the integrations page by selecting My Account>Preferences>Channel Automation).
Step Two: Select Communication Templates
Find the selling channel that you would like to edit and select "Communication Templates". This is where you will be able to edit the information that is automatically used in Shipedge.
Step Three: Turn Store Packing List On
Step Four: Change the Address
Scroll down and you will be able to edit the From/Return Address associated with this selling channel.
Step Five: Changing the Address for All Accounts
First navigate to the Preferences page in your My Account Tab
Then select Communication Templates.
Step Six: Edit Your Packing List
Scroll down to find the packing list category and select "Edit".
Step Seven: Edit the Address
Scroll down to the bottom of the page. You will see that there warehouse address is the default address. To change this, simply type in the new information and click save. That is all you need to do.
